360º Panoramic of the 82-inch Otto Struve Telescope

This QuickTime VR movie was shot inside the dome of the 82-inch Telescope. What appears to be a telescope rotating below a dome ceiling is actually a dome ceiling rotating about a stationary telescope. The movie is set to loop continuously, but by clicking on the pause button (lower left in movie window) the movie can be halted. Click on either the forward or backward buttons on the lower right to "page" through each image one at a time.
